The
Oswego County Bar Association was founded in 1901 and
currently has over 100 members.
The
general purpose of the Bar Association:
- To
maintain the honor and dignity of the profession of
law;
- To
promote suitable reforms and necessary improvements
in the law;
- To
facilitate the administration of justice;
- To
elevate the standards of integrity, professional competence,
and courtesy in the legal profession;
- To
cultivate and cherish the spirit of friendship among
the members of the Association; and
- To
foster other kindred purposes.
